Montreal Psych Fest is a new local music festival that is quickly becoming an underground favourite. Organized by Tasha Class of the local band Melted Faces, the festival started out as a two day mini-fest in a small loft consisting of 12 bands from in and around Montreal.

The 2nd year Tasha joined forces with the community, i.e. friends and volunteers to put on a four day festival with 26 bands, held in multiple venues throughout the Plateau neighbourhood of Montreal.

Now going into our 3nd year, Montreal Psych Fest is a music festival that showcases psychedelic bands and garage rock. It has already seen the music community embrace the event as something sought-after, by musicians and music-lovers alike.

Montreal Psych Fest is a concept of love, openness, and acceptance. It is free-form, wild and entertaining abyss into the universe. It will open your mind to new format and new sounds you've never heard before. It will mix fuzz and reverb with rhythm.
